This is a friendly reminder to everyone that USCIS fees will increase on Monday, April 1, 2024. Any filings postmarked on or after Monday, April 1, 2024 must be accompanied by the updated forms and fees established by the recent final rule. The USCIS has published a preview of the new fee schedule which can be accessed below.
